It’s been a while since I made a wrap using freshwater pearls, and it’s long overdue!
I love the natural lustre and beauty to the pearls, as well as their gentle healing qualities, from being birthed in water.
I choose freshwater pearls specifically, because their irregular shapes and colours, are a joy to behold, and, for me, bring a  carefree and organic feel.
This wrap uses freshwater pearls that are a deep peacock-grey, so there are very subtle purple tones to them (so beautiful!), they are offset by matte grey Japanese glass beads, these too, have subtle colour variations in them, which make them a lovely companion for the pearls (in my opinion at least!)
Each pearl and bead, has been hand sewn onto natural leather, with a mother of Pearl button fastening (adjustable to 3 possible lengths)

Properties of Freshwater Pearls
Their inherent relationship with water gives freshwater pearls the ability to help with energetic cleansing, clarity, fertility, vitality, ease of transformation, and potential for incredible creation. 
It is associated with the yin or feminine principle, and the ruling celestial bodies of Freshwater Pearl—the Moon and Venus—further amplify this energy.
The ruling Moon aspect also brings attention to the power of the natural cycles, including the physical cycle of the Moon, the feminine Moon cycle, and the Water cycle and ecosystem. 
Moon energy is associated with emotions, subconscious themes…in particular, our inner child.
It also connects us further, to our divine expression, and embodiment of divine femininity.
